     “World Cancer Day” explores the ranking of cancer that kills people around. Cancer is the second-leading cause of death worldwide.

More than 40% of cancer-related death could be preventable as they are linked to modifiable risk factors such as smoking, alcohol use, poor diet and physical inactivity.

Almost 10 Million people die from cancer annually and it is important that we all do our part to reduce the risk of developing the disease and to support those who are fighting cancer by implementing resource appropriate strategies for prevention, early detection and treatment.

We're all in this together, so let's unite in the fight against cancer on this World Cancer Day !

As the theme of World Cancer Day for 2023 is "Close the Care Gap: Uniting our voices and taking action", we are stronger when we are united and together, we can fight against the cancer.
