Monkeypox Virus Antigen Rapid Test Kit
This product adopts the double-antibody sandwich principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography to detect monkeypox virus antigen in human skin lesion swab. During detection, the monkeypox virus antigen in the sample reacts with the colloidal gold-chicken IgY-anti-mouse monkeypox virus antibody 1 conjugate coated on the conjugate pad, to form the labeled antibody-antigen complex. The complex is chromatographed upwards by capillary action and is captured by anti-mouse monkeypox virus antibody 2 coated on the test line (T), and a red band appears. The complex continues to move forward, colloidal gold labeled chicken IgY is captured by goat anti-chicken IgY antibody coated on the control line (C), and a red band appears. The control line (C) develops color regardless of whether the sample contains monkeypox virus antigen or not.
